Movie Review

Factory Girl by George Hickenlooper — 6.3

God, did I have a crush on Edie Sedgewick when I was in high school. I'll still pretty much watch anything with, on, or about her. Sienna Miller does a pretty amazing job recreating her look and style. The rest of this film is a pretty crappy, shallow biopic that uses all the tropes of the sixties NY hipster scene without any of the nuance or commentary. Essentially, it's a two hour excuse for Guy Pearce to prance around in an Andy Warhol wig. Which he actually does extremely well. But it doesn't go much further than that.
And, Twitter too… Also on Facebook

“They stopped at the next rise and watched as the horde of Infects emerged from the cave mouth, like dirty sausage shoved through a dirtier grinder.”
